We're so glad you're interested in participating in our beta program! For beta testing, we're currently using the TestFlight Apple app and a public link to access the app. However, sometimes when using a public link , TestFlight may not automatically prompt you to accept the invitation and instead ask for a redeem code. If this happens, don't worry!

To solve this issue, try accessing the link one more time from our website or from a direct invitation you got. This should take you directly to the app and allow you to start testing right away! Great job for working so hard and pushing yourself to be your best! However, please note that the "classic" friendly competition has a daily cap of 600 points. This means that you won't be able to earn more than 200% of your daily goals, even if you workout more than usual. We want to make sure that you're not overtraining and risking injury, so please take care of yourself and don't push too hard!

In addition, our bonus system is a great way to earn extra points on recovery days or when you're not able to work out as hard as usual. So make sure to take advantage of those bonuses and give your body the rest it needs when necessary. Great question! RedZonkey needs access to your Activity rings data in order to accurately track your fitness progress and help you compete with others. If you accidentally canceled the access request during setup, don't worry - the app won't be able to request access again from the same screen. Instead, please go to the Apple Health app and allow access to RedZonkey from there.

If you're still seeing "no data" even after granting access to RedZonkey, it's possible that you've never used Apple Fitness before or your Activity rings aren't configured properly. To fix this, please open the Apple Fitness app and make sure that you can see your Activity rings and that your targets are configured correctly. Once you've done this, RedZonkey should be able to access your data and you'll be ready to compete!

We understand that it can be frustrating to not have enough balance to participate in an event. But don't worry, we have some options that can help you get back in the game!

If you have an active event right now, you can still participate and potentially earn more coins by finishing in one of the top spots. So keep pushing yourself to be your best, and you might just come out on top!
